HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC (WTOC) - The 29th Annual Hilton Head Island St. Patrick's Day Parade will be held Sunday, March 11, stepping off at 3 p.m. on Pope Avenue. Crowds of up to 25,000 revelers are expected to take part in the annual event.
