Pat Prokop's Weather Forecast and Discussion for the weekend of April 20-23.

Clouds have been slowly eroding over the region today and this trend will continue through the evening, setting the stage for a very pleasant night. 

Some patchy fog will be forming overnight.  A low pressure system and front will approach the region tomorrow but the center of the low will move over the northern Gulf of Mexico and across central Florida then east of the GA/SC coasts by Sunday afternoon.  This will spread clouds over the region tomorrow with a moderate to good chance for rain and some thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon through late afternoon Sunday.  The bulk of the rain will be Saturday night through mid morning Sunday. No severe weather is expected from this system in our area.
