CHATHAM COUNTY
Hunter Army Airfield Celebrates Independence Day
Enjoy food, rides, petting zoo, the world famous Frisbee dog performances, face painting, performances by two bands (Victor Wainwright & the Wild Roots and Joe Bachman) and fireworks.

Fourth of July Celebration, Fireworks Show
Come enjoy music, games, delicious food and drink and lots of fun! Big 98.3 will broadcast the fireworks show to patriotic music.

Savannah Winds Symphonic Band Patriotic Concert

Tybee Island's annual Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks Display
WHEN: July 3, 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.
WHERE: Tybee Pier and Pavilion, south beach
July 4th BeachSweep
The Tybee Beautification Association is sponsoring a BeachSweep on July 4th. Supplies, water and snacks will be provided.
WHEN: July 4, 6:30 a.m.
WHERE: Volunteers should meet at the Tybee Pavilion for information and supplies.

Magnolia Park's annual 4th of July festivities
Enjoy a neighborhood parade followed by the annual 4th of July BBQ and Picnic. Magnolia Park neighbors will come out and display their decorated bikes, wagons, golf carts and skateboards in red, white and blue throughout the neighborhood. The parade, festivities and BBQ are open to all Magnolia Park area residents, as well as the pool members of the MP pool. Residents are invited to bring dessert dishes, side items and/or snack varieties to add to the BBQ and picnic.

Richmond Hill Salutes the Red, White and Blue

July 4th Celebration at Fort Stewart
The Salute to the Nation Ceremony with feature a 50 State canon salute fired at Cottrell Field, one for each State in the Union. Major General Robert "Abe" Abrams will be the key note speaker.

The Home of the Brave Musical
The Liberty County Community and Area Mass Choir will present a special free Patriotic concert for the community and surrounding area, in support of our military members.

Meals for Soldiers
The Glennville Chamber of Commerce along with others will be feeding our troops complimentary food on July 4 from 11 am - 2 pm at Ft. Stewart. The Rusty Pig Restaurant will be catering and donating the food this year. Ray Farms of Glennville will once again be providing Georgia Grown Sweet Chilled Watermelon. WHEN/WHERE: July 4 , volunteers will leave Glennville Welcome Center at 8 a.m. and head to Ft. Stewart.
TATTNALL COUNTY

SOUTH CAROLINA:
Annual "Salute from the Shore III" military flyover of the South Carolina coast by last armed forces to leave Iraq.
Beachgoers will be treated to low-altitude flyover of F-16s to honor American Armed Forces on Independence Day. The flight will cover every beach on the SC coast before concluding south of Hilton Head Island.

Parris Island July 4th Celebration, Fireworks
Celebrate with the Marine Corps on our Nation's Birthday! Parris Island Marine Band is scheduled to perform. The Parris Island Historical and Museum Society will also present a living history display.

CHARLESTON COUNTY
Magnolia Plantation and Gardens will observe the nation's birthday by honoring America's heroes with complimentary admission for those who protect and serve our community. Firefighters, police officers, nurses, doctors and active duty military personnel will be admitted free during designated days. This offer also includes their immediate family members. The schedule for complimentary garden admission is as follows:
- July 4, Firefighters
- July 5, Law enforcement officers
- July 6, Emergency medical technicians, physicians and nurses
