Italian American Club of HHI to hold Annual Italian Heritage Festival | Events

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC (WTOC) - The Italian American Club of HHI will hold its 2nd annual Italian Heritage Festival on Saturday, Sept. 24, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Shelter Cove Community Park.
If you are Italian or just Italian at heart, this is an event for everyone, old and young, who would like to learn more about the Italian heritage while having a great time.
In addition to booths serving food from the island’s leading restaurants, festival events will include a special cooking demonstration by Next Food Network Star participant Orchid of One Hot Mamas. Music will be provided by 104.9 The Surf. There will also be a silent auction, events for children, dancing and an exhibition of Foreign Cars Italia.
For those interested in learning more about their ancestors and their heritage, the Heritage Library Foundation will have a booth with veteran genealogists who will answer questions and hand out information on how to create your family tree.
