Experience Green to host workshop Feb. 28 | Business

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC (WTOC) - Experience Green will host the first of its Profit Green offerings, The Business Case for Sustainability, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 28.

The workshop will discuss how to develop  a green business program that will build strategic advantage.

A roundtable with Sea Islands 2050 entitled Sustainability as a Systemic Methodology will follow the workshop from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The main topic of the roundtable meeting will be how communities with limited resources can respond to the ever-changing world to secure their people and place for future generations.

The events will be held at the Palmetto Electric Co-op Community Room, 111, Mathews Drive, Hilton Head Island, 29925. Both events are open for registration at www.experiencegreen.org. Early bird registration to Profit Green is $49 through Feb. 15 and includes a box lunch. There is no admission fee to participate in the roundtable.
